MACO Secure Plus guarantees the performance of their hardware against break-in through failure of the product. Should in the unlikely event of a successful break-in, MACO Secure Plus will re-imburse any insurance excess up to a maximum of £1000.

	The 24 hour emergency call out service is available to you the Installer. If you prefer to attend to your own service calls but sometimes are not available, then you can call us in. Through our Service Plan Membership we can attend on your behalf and sort out any problems until you can be there for your customer.
	In addition your customers can register for our Alarm Response Service that can quickly respond and rectify any problems encountered at their property whilst they are away from home or on holiday.
	As a MACO customer your homeowners can have access to an optional Secure Key Holding Service. Should they forget or lose their keys then entry into their property can be almost impossible. Rather than engaging an expensive and often damaging locksmith, we can let them back in again, any time of the day or night. Plus they get our Lost Key Return Service, in the event that their lost keys are found and returned. The finder receives a £10 reward paid by us.
